Luxury rooms in the heart of the country

Stretton, Nr Burton on Trent
No.1 is our 4 bedroom detached home built in 2010. We live here with the parrot and the chooks (outside). It is our home and whilst we really enjoy having guests it is important to remember this.
​
We have a lovely semi-private rear garden with lawns, shrubs, flowers and lots of birds plus the odd squirrel.
​
We have laid a large decking area with seating and water features.
We have recently refitted the kitchen and converted it into a large kitchen/dining room. We encourage long term guests to use the facilities as they wish including the kitchen and the garden.
​
We can accomodate parking on the drive although it is a very safe area to park on the road comfortably as we are situated in a small development with no thoroughfare.
​
Safety and security is very important to us and we take it very seriously.
​
We have smoke and CO alarms installed along with a burglar alarm. In addition we have a state of the art CCTV system covering the whole of the outside of the property.

Bedroom 1 is large with a Kingsize bed, dresser, two side tables and a Freeview TV on the wall. It also has triple full height sliding wardrobes with mirrored doors and a view over the front.
Bedroom 2 is smaller but still with a Kingsize bed, two side tables and a view over the rear.

A hanging rail and large mirror are also fitted.
​
We only let Bedroom 2 along with Bedroom 1 so we will only ever have 1 group of people staying at once.
Bathroom is exceptionaly spacious with bath and shower over. The batroom is for guests exclusive use.
