A Little About Us
Mike is a well travelled professional in the design of Computer Network systems. Jayne is from Scotland and is a Pharmacist working within the Health sector.
​
Married for nearly 10 years we have lived in the house since the day it was built and have loved owning No.1. We dont have any children living with us any more and realised that this lovely big home could cater for guests.
​
We have a young cockapoo dog plus we both love birds of all kinds and we have an African Grey Parrot and three chickens which provide us with fresh chuckie eggs every day
The Area
Stretton being on the northern fringe of Burton on Trent lying between Birmingham, Stoke, Nottingham and Sheffield benefits from convenient acces to many useful and amazing places. The quiet semi rural village has a few good pubs serving real ale and nice food. Takeaways, convenience stores, chemist and a pet shops all make up this community.

Equally No.1 is home to many people comuting to local businesses with companies like Toyota, JCB, Coors & Pirelli all with 10 minutes by car. Burtons' Queens Hospital, Burton Albion FC and The FA's National Training Centre all also close by.
